Availability, rates, taxes, payments, and cancellations are handled through OwnerRez, on our pages and at book.towerhouseingalena.com. Each reservation is governed by the rental agreement and house rules presented at booking, including the 10-guest occupancy limit (which includes daytime visitors), the pet policy, and seasonal pool availability. Information on this website is provided for general reference and may change; the rental agreement controls in the event of a conflict.

SMS Program Terms
Program name: Tower House in Galena text messaging.
Program description: When you provide your mobile number through the chat on towerhouseingalena.com/text-us/ and check the applicable consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Tower House in Galena. Two message types are offered, each with its own separate consent:
Customer care messages: replies to your inquiry, reservation coordination, and follow-ups related to an existing request.

You confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission for the mobile number you provide, and that you are at least 18 years old.
The text-message option on the OwnerRez booking form is a separate program for reservation and check-in messages sent through OwnerRez and is governed by OwnerRez's terms.
